So is the oil light on at all times now when you start the engine?
And does is knock?
If so you have an oil pressure problem and need to find the culprit before ruining the engine.
I would start with pulling the oil pressure reducer valve out and inspect for scratches or debris.
It's 17mm plug at the bottom and in front of crank pulley. You can reach the plug by removing right air guide and plastic cover for crank pulley.
