Rough V6 after cold start

My 1994 900 S V6 is running rough after cold starts. It sorta chuggs along for the first 2 minutes whether at idle or whether driving down the road. If you don't let it warm up, at random it may hesitate once or twice for a half a second or so under power, almost as if a misfire (but not). After it warms up, it runs GREAT. This has been going on for at least last 5k.
Plugs have 15k; spark plug wires 3k. (Had some misfiring when warm before I replaced the wires so I'm pretty sure that's OK.) Throttle body and IAC were cleaned 3k ago but had no effect on the problem. Used Techron 3-4k ago; noticed no change. I did note that my IAC rubber mount/gasket was in fairly poor shape and should be replaced.
What's left? Vacumn lines? PCV-ish tube etc? Replace IAC mount?
Thanks,
Derek / 1994 900 S V6 141,600mi
(Cold means engine cold, not air temp--60 degrees gets the same result.)
