While it's true that many aftermarket wheels have larger center holes than the hubs they go on, it is also true that ANY decent wheel shop will supply centering rings along with the wheels to make them hubcentric. You should be able to run with these wheels safely, but I would look for some centering rings. Making the wheels hubcentric takes the load and stress off the lug bolts and puts it back on the hub where it was designed to be carried.
