From the 2000 SAAB 9-3 Marketing Brochure:

Control P. 13

The raod lies ahead. It twists and turns are about to be straightened by a well-driven high-performance touring machine. The driver perfected oriented and keenly focused on the task at hand , calls out through the slightest movement of hand and foot. SAAB 9-3 responds almost instinctively, with finely honed reflexes and confidence inspiring control. And eagerly awaits its next request.

Performance: P 17

Precise dynamic control and a passion for the pleasure of driving-these are qualities not appreciated by drivers whose focus is simply getting from point A to point B. If you don't count yourself among them, we think you'll form an instant bond with the SAAB 9-3. Like all SAAB automobiles, it synthesizes a desire for swift acceleration, nimble handling, high speed composure an dpotent braking into a single sports touring package. The heart of this impressive capability is a powerful, repsonsive turbocharged engine working harmoniously with the 9-3's fully integrated chassis system-a combination guaranteed to make the importance of destination a distant second to your enjoyment of getting there.

If not for the most annoying camber steer issue, the marketing brochure would be an accurate representation. However, until SAAB and I can caucus on this one, there is a pesky issue of fraud in the inducement of a sales contract and negligent if not knowing misrepresentations about the base car's core character. If you have an internal SAAB document, I am certain, there should be no trouble eliciting SAAB's full and complete cooperation in this matter. All I can say is, its a good thing, I love SAAB.
