those days are over! just looking at the 9-3 owner's manual to see if it mentions it, but it doesn't. that was one of the first things i asked at the dealer...
i'm sure they wouldn't put "you do not need to cool down the turbo before shutting your engine off". why bring it up, right?
either way, your answer is nope. and if we wait long enough, someone will come and tell us exactly why!
