yes I guess we all have our opinions...But from my experience they are horrible. First they could not sell me car becasue they failed to come to a price because the new salesperson had no idea what he was doing. So I went to the general manager and he gave me s ong and dance about how low they could go. So I called the Lansing dealership and he gave me a lower price on the phone in about 2 minutes. 2 weeks later Fox called and offered it to me for the price I was asking...poor business. I have several examples but take this one: I had a creak/rattle in the back that was driving me crazy after 3 times of taking it to be fixed I said I don't want the car back until it is fixed. Well when I got it back it was fixed. But get this they cut a 3X7 inch hole in the lining of my trunk and stuffed foam in and taped it with black tape. when what they actually fixed was accesible from by removing the rear speaker. That is one example of the poor service...Not to mention I have 10,000 miles on my car now and they still have not fixed my creaking front seat nor my misalinged window piece. I WISH they were a good dealership...I hate the hassle and I hate bring the car in more than once for the same problem...Just my opinion and I am sure some people have good experince with them...But my roomate and friend both have Saabs and would not use Fox unless they had to...
