Someone on the other board mentioned how good it felt to clean out the interior after a winter's grunge sets in all over.
The other day, we had a heavy, wet snowfall. Lots of big crystals in this white stuff and there's still lots of it around although it's disappearing fast.
After a wash 'n wipe, I got ambitious and went after the floors/mats in a sunny, warm location in front of the garage. Seemed to me the snow might come in handy. Instead of vaccuming, I took a handful of the stuff to each of the 4 foot areas rubbing it into the carpet but good.
Voila! The crystals did an excellent job picking up the dirt and so I proceeded to the next step - a thin appication of spray-on carpet cleaner over-top of what snow remained. A stiff brushing and some towelling later, these carpets are clean! And I do mean clean! All this w/o a vaccuum cleaner.
