We don't have much history with MBC + automatic trany.
The Viggens and Abbott HO mods will also spin the tires. So the stresses are limited by the tire traction in all cases.
The Abbott HO mods do produce higher boost than you are getting. And the clutch and trany inputs show no signs of problems. You are probably getting more boost that Abbott delivers in the lower gears, so some caution or restraint is in order for 1st gear. And as you are finding out, there are drivability issues in first gear as it is over powered. So as with any vehicle that has a lot of power, you have to change your throttle habits in first gear. No more press and pray waiting for boost! Now you have to be fast to be off throttle.
Note to other readers: If you have a T7 ECU, air mass meter, model year 200? and up, you can't do this. There may be a way to get more power with a T7 with a bleed on the MAP sensor, the air mass meter would drive the correct mixture. This has been done on some other vehicle makes. No one has tried this with the T7's. There are some bleeder valves purpose designed for this for some vehicles. So the concept is not as far out as some will percieve it to be.
