In reality, I have noticed the off center steering due to road camber in the 9-5 AERO but not the 9-5 SE. I have also noted that the wheel and tire combo on your car makes a big difference. So does excessive tire wear and any imperfections in the car's alloy rims (dents, large gouges). The commentary that camber steer can be exacerbated by toe in settings is of course true. For instance if you are pulling into a parking lot and curb one of you front tires on a 9-3, this may exacerbate camber steer to the level of a noticeable annoyance. Thus if you just bought a new 9-3 and have not hit any large pot holes or curbs, then it really should not be a noticeable annoyance unless you have damaged rim (look at the inside of the rims also). If none of the above and tire inflation and integrity is OK, then I think your car was either misaligned at the factory or is likely just a lemon. You can try alignments, but I suspect the dealer will tell you the alignment settings are within SAAB Specifications.
