Anyone using EBC Greenstuff Dustless Brake Pads

The biggest pain in the a** on my 9-3 is cleaning the 10 spoke wheels.
I'm no racer, BTW, just a daily driver kinda guy. So I don't need
some vented/slotted rotors with super crazy pads. Just some new
regular duty pads...
Has anyone tried "dustless" brake pads? Are they worth it? Do the
help or hinder performance? Any particular brand I should look at?
Any idea what a set of EBC Greenstuff's for fronts will go for? How
about rears, too?
Also, if you installed your self, was it a total pain? I've worked
on Dodge Neon brakes, and those were pretty simple. I hope Saab brakes
aren't a nightmare.
