We just leased last week a 9-3 SE from Barrier Saab in Bellevue. The monthly payment with zero down was $580 a month, for a 3-year, 10K/year lease, including taxes. Saab is offering a $2,500 9-3 SE rebate that is included in this price. There's also a 5-year 0% financing deal, if you put 10% of MSRP down. Our car has two options, auto xmission, and heated seats (and all the Saabs at Barrier have the heated seats).
I really think that the SE is worth the premium over the 9-3. I like the interior much better in the SE over the 9-3, perhaps because of the wood trim. The sports suspension is a bit on the harsh side for us, and we're going to be ditching the Eagle RS-A tires for Michelin MXV Pluses soon. We also put in a lot of accessories: sliding hand rest, pedal extenders (my wife is short), CD changer, HomeLink transmitter, cargo net, and rear-view dimming mirror.
The Barrier folks seemed very nice. They have a "best price" policy, which is that their lowest price is already shown on the car. Labor for installation of the accessories was reasonable -- for example, on the sliding arm rest, they didn't charge us anything, since it's a simple procedure.
