Brian, I can respect your thoughts. I was once an employee of a car dealership. I know what the sales, service, and administration staff go through on a daily basis. I always approach difficult situations in the nicest possible way. I went through 4 different avenues being polite and trying to give the benefit of the doubt without tarnishing their reputation. However, this situation has come down to a dealership rendering services on my vehicle without properly notifying me of the work to be done or the charges involved. And then claiming that I should have known this - I'm a web designer - I have no idea what looking for a leak involves. As previously mentioned this is the 3rd time they have done something similiar to this to me. How many more times would you give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to pay them? There comes a point when sucking up isn't the answer to your problems. Honesty and integrity are items that make a company worth doing business with, not my ability to tell them they are great again and again while they continue to use some form of bait and switch on me. What they have done simply is not fair. More over the fact that they are claiming its my fault and I should have known better is even more insulting. Wrong is wrong. Believe me I have no worries about returning to this dealership, I never will.
