it has lot's of useful stuff in it. "Your Guide to Vehicle Wear" You can probably pick one up at a local GM dealer. It has a template in it with a 2" diameter hole and under this are the words "Dings, dents and scatches on exterior panels, lights, turn signals and lamps less than 2" - NO CHARGE". Under the chart for "GMAC Excess Wear Table" - "Custs, tears and singed areas 1/2" or less in diameter - NORMAL-REASONABLE WEAR". "Tread depth of 1/8", so 3/32nds or 4/32nds is still 1/8th.
There is a reference to "...damage over 2" in diameter, if they can ber repaired for $100 or less". Many of the prices on your list are just over the $100 threshold. So pay a dent guy to take out one of the five dings leaving four and tell 'em to go fish.
Sounds like you got a lease return guy on a bad day.
If your can't find a GMAC Your Guide to Vehicle Wear, call me and I'll mail you one. Technically Saab Financial is not GMAC, but there should be a family influence.
