I was at work so I gave him the keys and went back to work. He came back when he was done and gave me a copy of the report. He said that they send the report to Saab Financial and Saab Financial decides what to charge you for excess wear. The report form Saab Financial was actually prepared by the inspectors company and the prices were from the inspectors company. Saab Financial told me this wasn't a bill. If it wasn't a bill what was the purpose of sending me a form with a list of charges and a total price for excess wear. As I mentioned in my earlier reply, I think that they will charge you what ever they can get away with unless you call and complain.
