Just saw this post. I have the exact same problem with my 2001 Viggen. I noticed this phenomenon last spring. Doesn't do it all the time, just sometimes. It seems worse when the weather is warm and/or after the car is thoroughly warmed up. I asked the dealer to check it out when I brought it in for the 10K service, but they couldn't find anything wrong. I'm wondering if there is a problem with a temperature sensor somewhere that tells the ECU to back off on the boost. Guess I'll have to go bang on the dealer again.
