Hey, I have 17" Aero wheels on my 9-3, with 215 45 17" Dunlop SP 9000. this is my second season using them, and have always had a slight shimmy at around 60 mph. (no shimmy with my stock 15's and michelins) I brought my wheels to be balanced on the best tire balancer on the island (Hunter road force balancer) and they are better than before, but i still have a shimmy in the steering wheel when accelerating from about 55 mph to 85 mph, and if i drop the car in neutral while cruising at about 60 mph i will get a very slight shimmy, the dealer who balanced my tires (oddly enough is a toyota dealer) told me i needed new tires because the side wall variance was too great, so they were hard to balance) Any other suggestions? will I do any damage if I hold out till they are more worn before replacing?? Thanks!!
