I would get the aero -- seems like a better fit. The 02 aero is an awesome car and you could probably find a used one for $25K range (probably not certified, but still under regular factory warranty).
The 325 is a nice car, but if you live where it snows/ice - thats a tough one -- I would get one unless it was the AWD model. The 330 is more in the aero's category in terms of performance, but at price. You get much much more for your money with the aero.
The IS 300 is not a bad car, but it sure has a small cabin. I could never get comfortable (6 ft) in that car. I also felt like the trim was too obnoxious and typical of Japanesse cars which I personally don't like. Good little runner though - peppy and handled well so I can't knock it in that department.
Just some thoughts. The 02 aero test drive would probably seal it for you. Just be sure to give it a run in 3rd and 4th gear...it is a nice experience.
