I have a Viggen which has a similiar if not harsher setup (though I'm sure the handling of your Vector beats mine hands down).
Anyway, I put pole position S03's on my Viggen and these are fabulous performance tires but really made the ride even harsher due to their ultra stiff sidewalls. When I replace these tires (lucky if I get 20K) I'll be taking a step back performance-wise. This works for me because I don't push the car to the limit that much and am willing to give up some handling for some comfort though there's a limit to how much it will help.
There's not much you can do with the Vector other than put some more general purpose tires on there but you will sacrifice handling. Extreme measures would be finding someone with an Arc or Linear with 16" wheels that wants 17" wheels and trading with them, but that might not look nearly as good as it does now. You might be able to put some taller, softer tires on there but you'll have to be careful with rubbing issues. Without stepping down to 16" you're probably not going to find a great solution.
Good luck with that and may all your roads be glassy smooth.
