Because the left elbow is 1 inch longer than the right elbow, the left mounting bracket sits about 1/2 inch further back than the right mounting bracket.
But the thing seemed to line up perfectly to the car holes..as I easily bolted the thing on today. But I do notice the bar is not exactly 90 degrees to the car. It's probably about 88 degrees.
I called the company (MP PERFORMANCE) and they said it shouldn't affect performance. That sometimes one elbow is longer than the other. But I wonder how it will affect cornering right vs. left, plus will it put more wear on one side's suspension.
Sorry, but I expected more. It sounds like sloppy work, even if it doesn't make a difference. I may eventually buy one from GenuineSaab. Live and learn.
