Warranty ending. Indy inspection?

I have a mere 82 miles left on my warranty. Lots of highway miles in a short amount of time, so not much wear and tear. No problems of note. Anything I should look for specifically? I'll be ordering a DI casette the day the warranty ends, but what else breaks at 50K miles?
I know the generic answer is to take it to an independent Saab mechanic to have them look it over for possible warranty repairs. My question is why not the dealer? Is there really an incentive for the dealer to do a less thorough check than an indy?
In my case, the dealer is International Motors (DC Area) who has separate service-only locations in N. VA.
Any opinions or advice?
Thanks,
Brian
