I would say that your turbo should have lasted much longer if your oil was changed at 3-5k mile intervals. If you plugs are wet with oil, you should be able to see the oil in your air intake to the turbo. You should be able to feel it on the walls of the intake below where the bypass valve tube feeds into the turbo intake. Also feel it in the bypass tube. Also. Also you Crankcase vent hose feeds down to the turbo intake area. If as you say there is no oil in these areas, how does it get on your plugs?
