Don't fall into the "not worth fixing" trap

Even in good running condition it's not worth a lot, as is it's worth next to nothing--if you can even sell it. On the other hand as a car it's worth plenty. For the investment of a couple of grand you can have a comfortable, distinctive, good handling car that will easily go another 100,000 miles. If you take what your car is worth now and what it would cost to fix it, what could you buy? Not much. A Honda with 160K and rust? Fixing it is the best deal in town compared to the alternatives.
