I was doing a little shopping earlier today; here are the part numbers:
tie rod end driver side 4242749
tie rod end passenger side 4242756
Tie Rod Screw 2 Needed OES 4242731
This is for a 1997 900SE Turbo so it may be the same. Just check eeuroparts.com or one of the other sponsers for pricing. The above cost about $80 US for the parts alone; not certain what installation will cost.
