Got lower end tires, I enjoy my Viggen driving again!

So at the begining of this summer, I bought a set of Bridgestone RE070's almost brand new off the owner of an STI. Right after I put them on, I thought I had a flat tire on the highway due the insane tramlining i was getting. Did some research, got the steering brace and I was happy for a bit.
I understand these are probably as close to an R compund you can get on a street tire, but WOW, I put myself almost through the entire summer growing to hate my car. I could take the road noise, but the vibrations at certain speeds (acceleration and braking), the amount the steering wheel fought with me and the harsh ride was way too much for me. I've had the Falken Azenis ST-115 (similar class tire) on my A4 and never had this issue.
Fast forward to today, I slapped on a set of used Kumho 712's so I could sell the car witout it feeling like it was going to fall apart on a test drive. I no longer want to sell it, it drives again like the sporty car I originally purchased!
I just thought I'd share. BTW, except for tires and the steering brace, my 2000 Viggen is all stock.
Cliff notes: Don't put ultra high performance tires on a Viggen, you'll hate your car.
