No longer in the catalog? I'm surprised. That's a pretty important accessory, and you need something properly fit so you can put the rubber cover from the original pedal over the metal extender.
That said, while the telescoping wheel in the 9-5 and subsequent SAABs solves the immediate problem, a proper fit would require pedal extenders. It's a safety matter on account of the need to sit as far back from the air bag as possible.
