Loss of Turbo Boost!!

Parked the car, had dinner, came back, turned it on, drove away......
....and wondered where the power went. Boost guage will not go any higher than between green and yellow (not into the yellow boost zone at all). It does swing over from the zero (beginning of green) to just between green and yellow area on the guage.
So, any thoughts? I searched around a bit but didn't find the same problem.
Thanks in advance!!!
