The Koni springs are from GenuineSaab.com. I believe they were around $200.00. In the past I had always used Koni on my car and knew their springs were good, but I didn't want their struts because I understand they have reliability issues (and there is no need for adjustable struts unless your doing a variety of performance driving).
I looked into the Bilstein Sport Struts and the sheer size compared to the koni's is what won me over (I have a picture the of Bil stein's next to the OEM and it is funny, the Bilstein's are at least twice as thick). I ended up purchasing the Bilstein's off of ebay for somewhere around $500.
I installed them both over the weekend along with urethane bushings on the inner and outer control arms, sway bars, and the steering rod connects. Job tok about 8 hours and was done with hand tools. Easy job if you take your time and pay attention to what your doing.
Hope this helps
