Maybe stuck/slow caliper - like gummy old hydro fluid. As it gets colder, it get gummier. Just pull the wheels and take a look.
Have someone help you by standing next to each wheel as you move the car backwards and see if he/she/you (whoever is listening for it) see if it can be narrowed down if it is coming from the brake area, and if so, which one.
