Rough Starting and Running

I recently noticed that my 2001 9-3 is running a bit rough. The check engine light went on briefly and the mechanic changed the combustion sensor. The car ran better for a little while but it is back to idling and running rough when it starts up for about 15 miles or so. Also it only seems to happen when the gas tank is under 1/2 since the combustion sensor has been changed, but that could just be coincidence. Any ideas?
