Have done this the oldschool way with waste oil mixed with a SMALL amount of kerosene, fed through an el cheapo pneumatic paint spray gun. Works really, really well, especially if you're going to be storing the car. Hopefully it goes without saying to avoid spraying the engine/exhaust manifold.
