Car cranking but not starting

Hi I have a 2000 Saab 9-3. I was having an issue with the car randomly jerking bad with the tack bouncing. The saab dealership told me it was the neutral safety switch however I read threads on this and came to the conclusion it was the crankshaft position sensor (CPS). The dealership replaced it at my request and it completely fixed the issue. The car has run great for the past 3 weeks but today I used it for about 10 minutes then stopped to get some food, when I came out the car sputtered and stalled then would only crank but not start. I left it for an hour and came back- still the same, Cranks great but no start. I tried listening for the fuel pump to kick on but didn't hear anything. I hear CPS, D.I.C., fuel pump, or fuel pump relay are the most plausible culprits. I'm thinking maybe the dealership gave me a bad CPS? Otherwise, I'm hoping it's the D.I.C as it would be much easier to replace then the fuel pump. I'm going to try my best to test these tomorrow but would appreciate any further insight. Thanks!!
