Once the car is on the lift, with the belt and right front wheel removed, it is easy access through the wheel well. $5 for parts and 60-90 minutes(I am hoping) for labor.
For me the tools list would be jack stands, larger metric sockets for my electric impact (and hope it is up to the job of removing the crank-pulley bolt), slide hammer to extract seal, very large snap ring pliers for pump lock ring, and seal driver to install new seal.
None of these are real expensive but their total cost for potentially never being used again makes the Indy's labor cost attractive.
