I just recieved a e-mail back from abbott in which they stated that with a boost controller and their ecu the turbo could put out 1.5 bars or 21 psi. Although they only recommend only adjusting the turbo to 17 psi with my boost controller. Abbott claimed that their ecu was mapped to these specs. Has anyone every tried doing this before? Would I benifit from buying a new boost controller that is more specific with its boost number then the HBC? and do I need to upgrade anything else on the car if I'm running my boost this high? On another note my car has been in and out of the shop since August getting a paint job and the car is going back into the shop to get painted again next week for two weeks again. I hope this third paint job the shop can get it right. I never though this would take so long to paint my car. Anyway I can not wait until the car is out of the shop to try the boost controller with the ecu.
