The HBC will take you that high. I have ordered a replacement for my HBC, which has an adjustable bleed orifice, as well as the adjustable ball spring mechanism. This will allow me to tune out some of the overshoot that the HBC develops. This unit is $129 vs $90. I will post details after I intall and evaluate. (I could add a needle valve to my HBC and achieve the same result.) Then there are many electronoc units as well.
If you do this, you will not have any reduced boost in the lower gears. With the pressures that you are talking about, that could require some delicate throttle control.
There is also a two stage boost control valve, and you could rig up a switch in the shift mechanism to give you reduced boost in the lower gears.
The fact that Abbott has fuel maps in those pressure ranges does not mean that you can get there with pump gas.
Other upgrades, anthing that you can do to remove intake restrictions, and a low restriction exhaust. Viggen I/C would be good.
