There are no studs for the CD player's brackets. (There are some studs on the side of the fender for the enclosure). You can mount the player using the brackets bolted to the floor (means drilling holes in floor which may be bad news if you hit something under floor) or you can hold the brackets to the carpet using velcro (it's probably better to cut slits in the carpet and pass brackets through the slits). The DIN cable should be behind the liner on driver's side just below the power antenna motor. You don't have to use the SAAB enclosure - it stops other articles knocking the player but it's your choice. (I used the enclosure and bolted the player to the floor)
