Is it really the motor or is the rear wiper arm merely loose. Check the the rear wiper arm is securely bolted to the wiper motor.
Assuming it is the wiper motor, it is a bit time consuming, but not too bad if you are handy and have a decent set of tools.
First remove the rear wiper arm. Then you will need to remove the rear hatch inside cover. There are several quater turn plstic fasteners, as well as a few screws including two screw in the inside hatch handle. The rear wiper motor is held in by three 10 mm bolts, if I remeber correctly. Unplug the old wiper motor from the wiring harness, and then install the new motor in the reverse order.
