REAR ROTOR REMOVAL

I am a newbee, but the combination of the high cost of repairs and constant need for repairs has forced me to learn auto repair.
I did the oil and changed the rear brake pads. I also wanted to lube and adjust the parking brake. There was a star shaped screw (torks screw?) on the face of the hub of the rotor. However, it was rusted out. Any ideas about removing a rusted out, counter sunk screw? I assume this merely secures the rotor to the rear axle and that there is another torks screw behind the rotor that is used to adjust the parking brake.
Thanks again, all. The only reason I still have a saab because of this message board.
