This is what I do: get 8 zip ties. These are the plastic strips used to bind up wires. You can find them in most hardware stores, in the electrical section. With 8 long ones, you can loop the tie through one of the holes in the wheel cover, through one of the holes in the wheel, and back through a hole in the wheel, then the wheel cover (you've just made a loop). Then you can zip the tie through itself and trim the end off. If you find white zip ties, they'll be visible, but subtle against the silver wheel covers. Use two per wheel 180-degrees opposed from each other. You'll never lose another wheel cover.
