Just checked it again after the drive home from work. I removed the vacuum hose going from the solenoid to the fender well and the solenoid valve is sucking like mad. I rev'd the engine and the vacuum increases. As it idles down the solenoid shuts off the vacuum momentarily, then it opens and I feel vacuum again. The solenoid is rapidly pulsating. Is this normal?
