Car won't start...

My car won't start right now.
I had starter hesitation problems a month ago that were solved by adding techron concentrate. Last night that hesitation reappeared, but was not too serious. This morning I get in my car and it starts without any problems. I go home, park in the yard for 30 minutes while I wolf down some breakfast and get ready for work. I go out to the car and it won't turn over. All the dash lights come on, and I can hear a whirring for a moment (fuel pump?) then nothing. The car does not turn over. My battery seemed strong, but I tried to jump it anyway with no luck. What can I do? I'm stuck in my driveway for now, so there are worse places to be.
Possible causes:
battery weak - but I tried to jump with no luck.
DI Cassette gone bad - very possible
fuel filter clogged, no gas getting to engine - could be a possibility, considering my luck with techron concentrate last month.
faulty wiring - I'm about to go out and try to verify, but don't expect to see much.
Does anyone have any input on this? Should I order a DI Cassette and wait a few days for it to arrive?
