I've found the NG900 to be a mixed bag compared to the C900: less usable space [uneven floor, etc.-in hatchback, mind you]; reduced fuel efficiency [nevermind the added power - turbo on both] on identical daily route; balanced engine + added noise/harshness reduction makes it harder to hear what the engine is doing - find myself in lower gear oftentimes than what I thought; lower ground clearance - can't get my car ramps under the front facia; will be harder to work on clutch; ride is more isolated; lot more 'features' to go wrong; cable clutch is half-step back; styling is generic.
On the other hand, the materials of construction seem to be better, although the leather hadn't improved; except for a rattle around open sunroof the chassis seem to be more rigid and tighter; it hadn't required added maintenance besides the usual stuff [yet - although the clutch is due]; significantly more power [maybe that's where the mileage went]; I like the Auto Climate Control [set and forget - don't have to fiddle with dials]; factory sound is several orders of magnitude better, especially with powered door woofers; the two - way sunroof allows me to set it to vent when parked on hot days.
