You may have gotten lucky...
The state of Massachusetts is not a part of the Drivers License Compact which allows member state to transfer information regarding out of state tickets back to the state the driver was licensed in. Though MA is not a member of this Compact, their Registry of Motor Vehicles has arranged to share driving records and violation information with SOME other states.
I see you hail from CT. It's possible that MA and CT do not have reciprocal agreements which mean that points never show up on your license.
It worked for me when I got a ticket in PA a few years ago. I have a NYS license. Pennsylvania is not part of the agreement either.
As for the Massachusetts ticket itself, according to the MA driver's manual the minimum penalty for a speeding ticket is $100. If you are ticketed going faster than 10 mph above the posted speed limit you will be fined an additional $10 for each mph you were traveling above the first 10. Your fine for going 15 mph over the speed limit should be just $150.
