I know its not one of the most professional letters around, but its genuine and how I was feeling at the moment. I am including the link where I left the feedback. Unfortunately, they do not provide individual responses.
"So, you're going to kill Saab. That is a horrible idea since they are one of the most innovative car companies around.
My first car was a Saab, and there have been 4 in my immediate family in the last 9 years. I was planning on purchasing the next generation 9.5 when it was released as a MFA graduation gift to myself. The only reason I purchased GM due to the company's past quality issues, was that GM happened to own Saab. I have noticed quality turing around for several of your vehicles. I also began to like the new GMC Terrain, as it's the first crossover I have seen that has a tough image.
If Saab closes, I will NEVER purchase, lease, or otherwise willingly drive another GM vehicle again.
Good job Mr. Whitacre. You successfully turned a potential customer away from your company. I am sure many others feel the same.
I guess that next car will have to be a Ford Taurus SHO.
Sincerely
M. Brett Harris"
