I have made a living fixing nothing but saabs for 28 yrs -- you have the correct equipment, use it. Just wash any spilled fluid off with water. Don't even try to bleed the brakes by pumping the pedal. You are only asking for trouble. It does not make any difference if the fluid drained out, actually it is just fine. You will use at least one quart of brake fluid.
