This is another "if" situation, but a warranty would almost certainly remain valid if a company filed for bankruptcy. If a company was liquidated and picked apart, I suppose that a manufacturer's warranty could be canceled. I'm certainly not going to claim expertise in the legal world, as my current (and very limited) knowledge of the auto industry, warranties, etc. are based upon the discussions of this past year, sources that have been cited, etc. As always, just because there's a law doesn't necessarily mean that's the way it's going to happen. And "crazy" is probably an acceptable descriptor for my current state. :-) Drive safely and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
