Looks like I'm done with them too. Posted by Ed_F [Email] (#1000) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Ed_F) on Wed, 6 Jun 2012 23:55:17 In Reply to: also done with eeuroparts, stevesaab, Wed, 6 Jun 2012 16:35:23 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Sadly, I have used EEuro for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. Not only for my personal cars, but also for many side jobs. My latest experience involves an order for steering and suspention parts for my SiS. I spent months getting this car ready to drive out of state to attend my sisters wedding. With three weeks to go, I order the last of what I needed. Well, the "in stock" parts were not in stock, and to make a long story short, I had to rent a damn car! The parts arrived the day before I was to leave. I sent an email after a couple of weeks only to get a response about Saab's demise and that the parts had to be located. I can understand the shortage given the circumstances, but these were Febi parts and not OEM Saab. Not only that, they were listed as IN STOCK!
I have had good luck with the Pelican for my Porsche needs, and they also happen to sell C900 parts.
It really upsets me that it has come to this. It was so easy ordering from them in the past. Parts would arrive quickly, Dean was helpful and friendly with any mistakes, and I could track my orders. Oh well, life moves on I guess.
