No to be a conspiracy theorist, but couldn't GM use Saab IP, at least what it knows about, once Saab is gone and there's no one left to sue GM for infringement?
I doubt GM would let this get to a jury. Juries rarely see the whole truth which probably works in GM's favor. Justice isn’t always done. In Michigan, jurors will have opinions about GM. That could be a wildcard.
