I've tried the Rust Check branded version of this but didn't have much success... however, that might more be related to the fact that I only used it on really stubborn stuff where Liquid Wrench on it's own wouldn't do it (that's what I normally use and wait overnight for it to penetrate). I'm in the rustbelt so everything needs this stuff. I will say, that the items that the freeze off stuff wouldn't loosen also did not come apart with heat (though I didn't get the parts glowing red). It is probably easier to achieve a higher temperature differential with a torch, and that is what is needed to get parts to crack through thermal expansion deltas...
Usually my best bet has been to go to a bigger breaker bar (I've got a 4' long 1" thick 3/4" drive one).
