has 45k miles, never driven in snow and is the original paint. That would be insane for me to consider that.
It's absolutely fine, it just has some stone chips from the years and I don't trust myself to do a good enough job touching it up. I would like someone else to do it...someone who does this meticulously on expensive cars and can "polish it down" (have no idea what this process is like...).
Is this something that's out there? I'd imagine some high end car owners (think expensive Italian cars) would get the stone chips touched up when the car gets detailed...and I would think they don't simply dab it with a marker, but have a very meticulous process for making it flush.
