1. Improve you handling by widening the track. Buy the small rims with the positive offset. Not only does it widen the track for instability, the small wheels weigh less than the big ones so it reduces unsprung weight. If the wheels contact the calipers, just grind down the caliper until you have the clearance. Be sure that the price of the wheels and tires is a multiple of the cars value.
2. Sit very low, and tilted back in the seat. As you have removed the windows, this keeps the bugs etc out of your face. Also if you hide your head behind the B pillar, it makes you a more difficult target.
3. Draw attention to your machine. Install a Bazooka and an amp so powerful it dims the headlights. Then play Tejano music really cranked and cruise residential areas. You will definitely be noticed. Again make sure the price of the equipment exceeds the value of the car.
